The MOQ for regular products is 500 sets. For new clients, small trial orders are acceptable for market testing.

Craftsmanship: Since 2008, we have specialized in high-end wooden trays and ornaments. With profound experience in wood characteristics and processing, our products feature smooth surfaces, no burrs or cracks, and a comfortable hand feel.
Quality: We complete all production procedures including cutting, precision processing, polishing, spraying and packaging in-house. The wood moisture content is strictly controlled between 8% and 12% to adapt to diverse climates. Random batch inspections are conducted, keeping the defective rate below 0.5%.
Customization: We offer full-range customization on size, shape, logo engraving, color and surface finish.

We follow a strict 4-step quality inspection process: incoming raw material inspection, in-process spot check, full inspection before packaging, and final random inspection prior to shipment.

We accept T/T and L/C. The standard term is 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading.

After deposit confirmation and sample approval, regular orders take 45 to 60 days. The exact time depends on order quantity and production schedule.
